David M. Van Sant received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Kennesaw State University and received his Juris Doctor with honors from Georgia State University College of Law.  Mr. Van Sant focuses his practice on two main practice areas (1) representing individuals who have suffered injuries through the fault of others and (2) representing  a variety of businesses and individuals in commercial and business litigation matters.

Mr. Van Sant is an experienced trial lawyer.  Prior to forming his own firm he practiced with a large insurance defense firm in Atlanta where he gained valuable experience and training while representing many of the largest employers and insurers in the nation.  Now he utilizes that experience to represent individuals who have suffered personal injuries.

When it comes to commerical and business litigation, his large firm experience and business background brings a valuable perspective to many legal issues facing his clients, often creating an advantage in their favor.

In 2008, he moved his practice to Cumming, Georgia with a vision to provide quality legal services to a variety businesses and individuals.  Mr. Van Sant is active in the community and lives in Cumming with his wife, Carol, and their three children.  He enjoys coaching little league, hunting, fishing and playing golf.
